The Service Sucks
This is not a complaint. This is something that this game shop (one that starts with M and is on the 3rd floor) in Jurong Point, Singapore, has to take note.
I know gamers have to play games but when you are serving customers, please at least, take the basic courtesy to answer their questions with some sincerity. The problem with this shop is that the staff will play games with either their PSPs, Xbox 360 controllers or any other available consoles like no body business. And they will answer your questons without even offer any help at all after their first and only answer. If I’m the boss, I’ll fire all (sadly, all males) and have this shop fill with kawaii gers. And I get my money worth.
There a lot of games, accessories and titles in this shop but the service just sucks…BIG TIME.
To the staff of this particular game shop: If you want to play games, go home and play. And please…when you are answering customers’ queries, please at least, take a look at your customers and not FOCUS on the TV screen to see if your characters are dead. You are just living in your own world.
Please treat your customers with due respect, especially gamers and children.
