China Online Gaming Sales Hits $7.6 Billion in 2006

Online gaming in China has gained traction in recent years as evident from a record $59.6 billion Chinese Yuan ($7.6 billion) generated from online gaming sales. Internet companies in China such as Tencent, Ourgame and Shanda Entertainment are the BIG players who are making the effort in attracting the pool of 1 billion online gamers to part with their money.
