China: Game Company Sets Up Basic Military Like Training For Employees

A game company of China decides to groom a team of lieutenants by applying military-like rules on its employees from IT, marketing, sales, HR and other core departments for a 3-month period. The workers have to stay in “bunks” just like the soldiers in the army. Take a look at some of the weird rules:

1. Has to wear black pants to work.

2. There’s meeting every night from 8.30-10.00pm. (crazy!)

3. Must know each and every video game of the company like the back of your hand and hit the minimum requirements of every game; not allowed to play other games that are not from the company. (where’s the freedom?)

4. Every employee must sing two songs (one’s the company’s anthem) before knock off.

5. Anyone who breaks any of the rules thrice will be fired. (I rather be fired…)

Will a boy become a REAL Shinobi after this hell-like training? I doubt so.
