Call of Duty 4 Widow
Question: What do moving, wireless internet security, Call of Duty 4 and my husband all have in common?
Answer: They all annoy me just about as much as the end of Indigo Prophecy. [Great game but what the fuck was up with that ending?!]
Since moving back to Arkansas, I’ve been without internet contact for a good chunk of the time. Finally everything got moved into our apartment and the internet was connected.
Queue the half of day that my husband wasted spent stumbling his way through the horrors of wireless internet security. Then, instead of letting me check my email and get a bit of work done, he camps his ass on the computer and right as I decide to play a game on the PS3, he decides that he MUST PLAY CALL OF DUTY 4 ONLINE RIGHT THEN!!! [I guess he was going through withdrawals or something.]
As I’m typing this, he’s playing online and I can hear the distinct sounds of a 14 year old up way past his bedtime. [Gotta love mic capabilities on COD4.]
Though I wanted to post a montage of screenshots of his dumbass dying, he seems to be on some sort of obnoxious winning streak. So, the best that I could do was post a screen of his team loosing.
It has kind of made my night.

Hey Amy, what is Tucker’s PSN ID? Let me add him as a friend. :) And maybe we can team up.
I use a FragFX, by the way. ;)

I emailed you his PSN ID but figured that I might as well post it here. :) It’s Steve_III.
He said that the FragFX controller looked like something that a PC gamer guy came up with cause he couldn’t handle a console game.
I really think that comment earns him a head shot, don’t you? ;)

Actually, he’s correct. We PC gamers can’t handle console shooters because the control system is very inferior. I don’t know why console gamers put up with it. Oh well.
After all, prehistoric man didn’t know that the wheel was an awesome piece of equipment. It took them tens and thousands of years to figure it out. ;)

He and I both find those comments rather humorous. :)
