Gaming Health #1

Being both a gamer and a blogger, I have to keep my health on check so that I can game and blog, everyday. I’m not a doc but here are two tips that I have found in a book (by Dr. Hiromi Shinya) that has sort of cured my morning “sensitive” nose.
Tip 1: Slowly chew your food and drink your water.
Tip 2: Not to eat and drink 4 - 5 hours before you sleep (after you have finished your dinner).
Try these out and see if there’s any improvement to your health. Remember, good health equals to more gaming!

Exctly what did he say in the book? I need some paragraph related Tips you referred.
